Nortelco is a privately owned, Communications Provider. We are a true independent business, designed to meet the communications requirements of both business users and VIP individual clients. We have been serving clients throughout the UK since 1998.

We are a financially secure, debt free company that becomes a trusted and reliable Service Provider to our clients and a true partner to your business. Our staff are based here in the UK, with our Head Office in Leyburn, North Yorkshire and smaller operating offices in Altrincham Cheshire, West Midlands and Scotland. This means we can professionally service our clients wherever they are based throughout the UK.

As a specialist and dedicated Communications Provider, we can provide both standard and bespoke solutions across a wide range of telecoms equipment and services, including airtime, software, hardware and network services from a wide range of operators and manufacturers, all delivered by Nortelco and with excellent customer service and support from our qualified and experienced staff.

Our portfolio includes mobile hardware from all manufacturers, including leading brands like BlackBerry, Nokia, iPhone and many others. We also have airtime from all UK network operators, including Vodafone & O2 from with whom we have direct business relationships and currently have over 7,500 VIP clients using Vodafone or O2 airtime under our management. We have many other clients under our management using our Orange & T-Mobile airtime packages.

We offer a full portfolio of fixed line products and services, including telephones systems from AVAYA, Panasonic, NEC and other manufacturers. Telephone system maintenance on a new or existing system, our own engineers cover most popular makes, and we have full 24/7 365 day service cover in place. Our Calls & Lines services are provided over the leading global networks including BT Wholesale Cable & Wireless, Opal & Gamma in the UK. Our network management, fault repairs and new line installations are provided by Openreach engineers, Openreach is a BT Group business.
