Wholesale Channel Partner
Nortelco’s Wholesale Channel Partner opportunity is designed for larger businesses interested in selling our portfolio, usually under their own brand or on a dual billing basis. This allows Channel Partners to offer larger and more complex solutions, or high volumes of our standard products and services. You maintain complete control over the end user relationship, managing everything from the billing process to providing first line technical support, though we offer a full bureau billing service as an option if required.
As a Wholesale Partner, you will have access to the full set of products, services and solutions; we can also help you to combine them to create customised solutions for your customers. By giving you a competitive wholesale rate, you have the flexibility to set your own retail price, or bundle the product/service in with one or more of your own products/services, and ultimately can decide on the margin you make.
To help you achieve your business objectives and maximise your revenue potential, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager to support you as required. In addition, your Account Manager can provide you with access to a range of specialist within our industry depending on your needs. Our support structure is available to you as part of our agreement and can include experts to assist with specific projects and more general training for your in-house team ensuring they have the knowledge they need to address your customers' needs. You also have access to our generic marketing material enabling you to co-branded or re-brand as per our agreement. Meanwhile, our customer service and technical support teams are available should you require additional guidance.
N.B. Given the greater financial responsibility involved with Wholesale Channel Partners, it is a minimum requirement for 3 years trading with full copy accounts, a detailed credit check will be conducted and not withstanding these, deposits or personal guarantees may also be required.
