If you were planning on travelling to the UAE after 11th October then you may have read that BlackBerry services we due to be blocked (instant messaging and email). But The UAE Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has confirmed they are now satisfied the devices comply with its security needs, hence the ban has been suspend so you shouldn’t experience any problems with using your BlackBerry data services within in the UAE.
