Returns Policy - Mobile Phones

Exchange Policy - within seven days

Where permitted by the network, we can exchange your mobile phone for an alternative model within seven days from purchase subject to a £50 administration charge providing:

• We receive a fully boxed kit, unused, in immaculate condition with all its accessories.
• We receive the full kit within seven days of purchase with the receipt.

Potential Charges

• If any item is missing from the kit, you will be charged for the replacement.
• If the handset or accessories are damaged, including minor scratches you will be charged for the repair or replacement.


28 Day Warranty – we will replace your faulty phone

We will replace your phone with the same make and model if it has developed a warranty fault and it is reported and returned with 28 days of purchase (This does not include customer damage, please see below).


12 Month Warranty – your phone will be repaired (Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones have a 24 month warranty)

If your phone is found to be faulty after 28 days, you will be entitled to the free repair of your phone. This does not cover customer damage. If the fault is due to customer damage, which is not covered by the warranty; an estimate will be provided for the cost of the repair. Please note a charge of £15 will be incurred for rejected quotations.

Potential Charges

• £45 if no fault is found at the repair centre.
• The cost of the repair – if it is due to customer damage which is not covered by the warranty.


This does not affect your statutory rights.
